ABOUT THE OWNER
Debra formally had a cleaning business which started in 2009 and then in 2014 started another cleaning company which is Engi Resources Cleaning and After her last child went to college, she thought to herself, how she could serve her community best.
The questions that she asked herself:
How can she give back to her community? What does her community lack in their homes? “FREEDOM” Freedom to enjoy life as it should be enjoyed, How could she create jobs? And the first thing that came to mind was start a business. Her next thought let’s take whatever she has and make something out of it. She had cleaning supplies. She then took the cleaning supplies and went and purchased rags and a vacuum and set out to help others get their life back. She understood the working mom, the working dad, or the mom that had small children, or even the single person who worked long hours needing someone to do what they had no time to do. She then started setting up booths in Athletic Clubs to offer this great opportunity for her to come into people homes or place of business to clean.
Her mission was to give people back their lives. Rather than spend their weekends cleaning and afterwards feeling too tired to do anything or that single person too exhausted and only wanted to rest on the weekends she wanted to eliminate their frustration. After successfully offering her services and going into the homes of different scenarios, people greatly appreciated her and began experiencing life like never before. She gave them hope, she gave them life, and life as it should be filled with freedom instead of cleaning and in return she felt like she had and is fulfilling her purpose which is being a part of setting the captives free from what they have no time to do anyway which was clean in their spare time. She made a difference.

Our Residential Associates are bonded, insured, and uniformed housekeepers with identification.
We do routine supervision. We train, train, and retrain our Associates before and during cleanings. Our Associates understand that their job is to provide you with a resort-like experience at the end of the day. Our motto is to set the atmosphere for you to come home and rest and relax after a long hard day.
How is the Communication?
Communication is very important for both you and us. We do not have contracts because each individual need is different and we try to supply you with your own personal needs for your cleaning.
You as the client must feel like you can express yourself via to the Residential Associate at any given time concerning anything you may have issues with as well as the Associate. By earning your trust is a must. This should be a two-way communication. This is why we try to have the same Associates come each scheduled time.
Before Each Cleaning what do I need to do?
So that we can focus on your need efficiently and effectively we would ask if you would put dirty dishes away, pick up clothing, toys and other household items up off the floor and counters prior to our visit.
Would I need to be home?
No, you do not. If you should have to leave at any given time just tell the Associate what you would need for them to do via lock up. You can provide us with our own personal garage/house code. Or, if you choose you can give us a key which is what the majority does because they are normally gone to work. We take having your house key serious therefore we have each Associate sign in and out when having to be in possession of the key. We also code and cross-referenced the key.
Can Engi Resources guarantee a specific arrival time?
Engi Resources can't guarantee what time our Residential Associates will arrive because we are dedicated and determined to give each home the attention it needs, therefore we leave our cleaning times between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We will also give you an estimated time between hours of arrival time. If there is a specific time that you would need we will do our best to accommodate.
What if something gets damaged or broke during the cleaning?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break our Residential Associates are trained to call their manager immediately while letting you the owner know as well. Residential Associates are fully insured therefore we will act upon the situation accordingly.
Am I liable for cleaning products?
No. Engi Resources supplies all cleaning products unless you specify you want something different.
What should I do if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
If you should need to cancel or skip a cleaning don’t feel frustrated. We understand. Just give us a call within 48 hours, (2) business days so that we can reschedule a better time for you. We appreciate your courtesy during these times.
What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday or vacation?
Engi Resources calls to reschedule the day before or the day after. If there is a vacation scheduled, we could still come in and clean but if that is not possible, we could reschedule for on another day if we have it available. Or we could just skip that cleaning and catch the next scheduled time. But we could discuss when that time approaches.
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. You could leave a check made out to Engi Resources placed in a sealed envelope, Zelle, CashApp..
How much does it cost for the services?
Engi Resources has to come and give you an estimate. Why? because each house is different and each house has different needs. We are here to create a budget plan that will accommodate your needs. There is additional cost for the inside of your refrigerator and inside your stove as well as blinds.
What if I have pets? Do I have to secure them during cleaning?
Most of our Residential Associates are dog and cat friendly however, we advise that you inform us of your pet (s) prior to our arrival. We trust you will use your better judgement for your safety as well as the Associates safety.
How many people will be in the home to clean?
We usually have 1 to 2 Associates.
What if I am not satisfied?
We take pride in our cleaning process making sure each customer is satisfied. Therefore, on service date if there are any issues and or concerns, we can address them at that time.
